The Rangers are in Ottawa tonight to take on the Senators as they try to get their second win of the season. Alex Georgiev will get the start tonight in what is likely beginning his showcase to the rest of the league. It is no surprise to anyone that Igor Shesterkin is likely the future, but Georgiev is still very good and a solid trade asset.

The defense pairs were shaken up today as David Quinn looks to find some consistency and stability. The forward lines remain the same, but there’s a lot of eyes on Lias Andersson’s usage and Quinn “losing him on the bench.” Let’s see how Game 2 plays out.
