After a bit of a scare on Saturday, Filip Chytil is back on the ice for the Rangers at the morning skate. Chytil missed yesterday’s practice with an illness, and the worry was that he was suffering some sort of setback from his concussion. With him at practice, it looks like this was either an actual illness and not some sort of post-concussion syndrome rearing its ugly head.

Chytil will likely be back int he lineup tonight, assuming healthy. His line with Alex Wennberg and Kaapo Kakko was solid, and will likely get even better matchups with the Rangers holding last change tonight. Will Cuylle will shift to the fourth line, which means Jonny Brodzinski is out of the lineup.

For what it’s worth, Matt Rempe was skating with Adam Edstrom and Blake Wheeler in a clear 5th line for the Rangers. It’s unlike Wheeler returns at all, and even less likely that Edstrom sees any sort of action in the playoffs.
