As expected, Adam Fox is good to go for the New York Rangers for Game 1 against Carolina tomorrow afternoon. Fox was clearly injured after Nick Jensen stuck his knee out to clip him in Game 4 against Washington, and had since missed two practices since the Rangers finished the sweep.
This shouldn’t come as a surprise, as Fox’s status was never truly in doubt. Still, it wasn’t fun to see him miss two practices in a row, even if it did lead to some fun jokes about Filip Chytil moving to quarterback the top powerplay unit.
The Rangers will be at full strength for Game 1 tomorrow. This is good news.
