The Rangers have returned forward Adam Edstrom to the Hartford Wolf Pack. Edstrom was recalled the other day after the Rangers took a few pucks to the face against Tampa. He did not play yesterday in Pittsburgh and it does appear the Rangers are healthy enough, at least in Peter Laviolette’s eyes, to keep the same lineup and finish the 5-in-7 without any lineup changes.
Edstrom will likely be back up with the Rangers at some point if the Wolf Pack have a short playoff run. He’s expected to be one of the Black Aces when possible, along with a few other players on the Hartford roster.
