Tyler Motte injury update: Still not skating; doubtful for first round
Per Mollie Walker, the Tyler Motte injury update is not a good one, as he is still not skating with the team.
Motte was a solid acquisition at the trade deadline for the Rangers, giving them a solid potential fourth line heading into the playoffs. The injury isn’t a critical injury, but it does force players who would otherwise be healthy scratches into the lineup. Hopefully he is able to return soon, but it doesn’t look like it.
