After rebounding in a big way on Friday against Columbus, the Rangers are in Seattle for their first ever game against the Kraken. Former future Ranger Mark Giordano is their captain, which was just a reason for me to include that he was a former future Ranger.

The big thing for the Rangers is getting another two points against a mediocre at best team. They were firing on all cylinders against Columbus, so keeping it rolling against Seattle should be in the cards. Nils Lundkvist will be a healthy scratch, and he had struggled. Sometimes, you just need one game to reset.

Colin Blackwell is not playing tonight, if you were hoping for a reunion.
