Draft Day is here. The 2020 NHL Draft, originally scheduled to be in Montreal, will be done remotely this year. Only one big trade has happened thus far, and that’s the Josh Anderson/Max Domi swap between Montreal and Columbus.
All signs are pointing to the Rangers taking Alexis Lafreniere with the first pick, despite the Rangers getting multiple calls on the pick. I’d expect things to pick up as players fall in the draft.

Update 6:20pm: Larry Brooks is noting that, depending on how the draft goes, the Rangers may consider grabbing a few 2nd round picks in exchange for the #22 pick.
Update 7:35pm: Alex Trebek announcing the Sens pick was the best thing we will see all night.
