Are the Rangers bad? Or just boring?

Live From the Blue Seats is back as Dave and Producer JL talk (we recorded on Wednesday, before the win over Boston and loss to Tampa) whether the Rangers are bad or just boring. Naturally, the takes are a tad outdated because I forgot to post that the podcast was released until today. So blame me for outdated takes, but it is still a valid question. The Rangers are definitely not a good team, but they are also boring by design. Boring is only evident when losing, as losing exacerbates everything that is wrong with a team.
