Live From the Blue Seats is back as Rob, Dave, and Producer JL talk their 2026 NY Rangers draft recap and trade reactions. The Rangers swung for the fences on many high skill, high ceiling picks in the draft. This is perhaps John Lilley’s strongest draft yet, which is impressive given how weak the class was. Athleticism, skating, and skill with big potential were the themes. The Rangers also made three trades, shocking the NHL with their Pavel Dorofeyev trade before their 5th overall selection as well.
