Live From the Blue Seats is back as Dave, Rob, and Producer JL talk Team USA’s gold medal win, and how it got overshadowed by ignorance, stupidity, and an inability to realize they became pawns in something much bigger than them and their win. We should all be happy to have finally won a gold medal on the men’s side, and we should be even happier for the dual OT sweep of Canada in the finals. But the men’s team quickly transitioned from getting caught up in the moment to becoming pawns in a propaganda game and were, frankly, too stupid to realize it.

Update: This post is closed for comments. I’m not arguing with people who simply don’t listen to fact based statements. If you’re too upset that this turned political based on Team USA’s actions, then I don’t know what to tell you.

Aside: Dave has a new Patreon perk for this season, a subscriber only pod called Blue Seats After Dark. This will record on Monday nights, releasing Tuesday mornings. This will be in addition to Live From the Blue Seats. Become a subscriber by clicking here!
