The Rangers are frustrating, aren’t they? They can’t score. They can’t win at home. But they play defense and have overall good process. The team just can’t put the puck in the net.

But reinforcements have arrived. Vincent Trocheck returns tonight. Gabe Perreault has been recalled and is in the top-six. Will Cuylle and Taylor Raddysh now join Noah Laba to form a fun third line. Conor Sheary is on the fourth line where he belongs. This is the best the Rangers lines have looked this season.

Nashville is not good. Then again, neither are the Islanders and they just spanked the Rangers. But with the reinforcements, perhaps this is the jolt the Rangers need. Do the flood gates open?
