The Rangers lines tonight will be the same lines that ended their win in Edmonton, with Noah Laba centering the second line and Mika Zibanejad shifting back to wing alongside JT Miller and Artemi Panarin. Since the Rangers were able to mount a comeback against a true Cup contender, it makes sense to stick with the lines that were able to pull that off. It also meant reuniting the vegetable line, which makes me happy since I find the name to be funny.
The Rangers top-six tonight will have Panarin-Miller-Zibanejad and Will Cuylle-Laba-Alexis Lafreniere, with the second line most likely getting sheltered offensive zone starts. The third line shifts to Conor Sheary-Juuso Parssinen-Taylor Raddysh. The fourth line will have Adam Edstrom and Sam Carrick with either Jonny Brodzinski or Brennan Othmann, likely the former.
The defense pairs will remain the same.
