The 2025 Rangers training camp roster has been released, and there aren’t many surprises. It’s basically everyone you expected, plus the PTO invitees of Anrej Sustr and Connor Sheary and a few of the non-roster invites from rookie camp last week. There won’t be too many surprises in camp, with most of the position battles already narrowed down to 2-3 players, but competition is always a good thing.
Look for Corbin Vaughan and Tim Lovell to get longer looks as they vie for contracts from the Rangers. Also worth noting that the Rangers invited 6 goalies to camp, which seemed like a lot. I guess Callum Tung and Dylan Garand will compete with each other for the Hartford starter role, with Talyn Boyko and Hugo Ollas heading to the ECHL. But that’s just a guess.
Other than that, we have an idea which training camp battles to look for as camp and preseason get underway.
