The Rangers have placed three players on waivers as part of their next round of cuts. Forwards Jake Leschyshyn and Alex Belzile along with defenseman Ben Harpur are all on waivers and it’s expected that all 3 will clear tomorrow afternoon and report to the Hartford Wolf Pack in time for their camp to open.

Talyn Boyko was also returned to Hartford earlier today.

None of Leschyshyn, Belzile, or Harpur are expected to be in the NHL this season. Leschyshyn and Belzile have too many players in front of them, notably Adam Edstrom and Jonny Brodzinski. Harpur has at least Chad Ruhwedel and Connor Mackey ahead of him, and it looks like Victor Mancini is ahead of him as well now.
