As expected, the Rangers have returned forwards Adam Edstrom and Matt Rempe to the Hartford Wolf Pack in the AHL. This move again was expected, as they needed to be moved there temporarily to be eligible for the AHL playoffs this year. They will likely be recalled after 5pm today.
Assuming the Rangers make another move between now and 3pm, one may need to stay back (looks like Edstrom). Or Zac Jones will be moved for something. There’s more to come, obviously.
