The Rangers are wasting no time, getting right back out there against the visiting Dallas Stars. The Stars are quite good this year, with depth up and down the lineup and solid goaltending. The Oilers are the trendy Stanley Cup Final pick, but the smart money would be on Dallas. They are very, very good.

The good news for the Rangers is they aren’t going to be missing any additional players, as Ryan Lindgren will be back after sustaining an eye injury on Sunday. They are going for their 8th win in a row, which for many seemed impossible given their struggles in January. Yet here we are.

This may be a Stanley Cup Final preview, folks.
