Team USA survived against Finland yesterday at the 2024 World Juniors, taking the 3-2 win to head to the Finals against Sweden later today. Gabe Perreault had an assist in 12:37 TOI. Drew Fortescue was held off the score sheet, but was overall solid in 15:55 TOI.
USA will get Sweden in the Finals today, who barely survived against Switzerland in the quarter finals before dispatching Czechia with relative ease in the semi finals. The tournament is being held in Sweden, so this will be an away game for Team USA.
