The Rangers have recalled defenseman Connor Mackey from the AHL’s Hartford Wolf Pack. The move is a bit of a surprise as we haven’t heard any injury news coming from the Rangers win last night. The assumption is someone is a game time decision.
Hopefully Mackey isn’t needed, but if anything this shows K’Andre Miller won’t play tonight again for personal reasons. Boston is still a good team, so this isn’t exactly great news for the Rangers.
Update: Miller is in tonight. Everything else is “in flux” apparently.
