The NY Rangers have recalled forward Anton Blidh from the Hartford Wolf Pack, a bit of a surprise move this afternoon. It appears a forward is hurt, and will not dress for tonight’s tilt against the San Jose Sharks. We are unsure which forward it is, of course.

The Rangers can’t seem to catch a break on the injury front, but at least this one appears to be short term. Nothing came up in yesterday’s comeback win in Nashville, so this may just be a case of bumps and bruises. We will know more before puck drop.
