The Rangers are back at it tonight in a bit of a roughly scheduled game, traveling back home to face the San Jose Sharks. The Blueshirts were in Nashville last night in their comeback win over the Predators, and have a less than 24 hour turnaround before the Sharks come to town. The good news is they are the Sharks, so they aren’t good.

That said, it’s the NHL, and any team can win at any given moment. San Jose beat the Devils last night, after all, putting up 6 goals on the preseason Metro Division favorite. So anything can happen.

The Rangers are pretty good at rebounding from bad games, and the Nashville game wasn’t pretty, even if they did win. But now rebounding means doing it without another forward.
