The Rangers are looking to rebound tonight as Detroit comes to town, hoping to avoid a two-game losing streak. They will do so without Kaapo Kakko, who joins Filip Chytil on the injured kid line. But Adam Fox returns, and that is a massive return for the Blueshirts.
Detroit is playing well above their pay grade right now, but are slowly coming back down to Earth. They are also without Dylan Larkin tonight, meaning JT Compher is their 1C. The Rangers are having their depth tested due to injuries, and this will be no different, but it’s a bit of luck that Larkin is out.
