The Rangers have recalled center Ryan Carpenter from the Hartford Wolf Pack, and placed winger Julien Gauthier on IR.

Clearly the Rangers are having some issues with injuries, as both Gauthier and Chris Kreider will be out. Carpenter and Jake Leschyshyn will both play today against Montreal.
