Kaapo Kakko was always going to get his qualifying offer. It was also assumed that Tim Gettinger and Austin Rueschhoff would too. But Libor Hajek receiving one defies all logic. Insert your own joke here.
Ty Ronning, Jake Elmer, Tyler Wall, and Justin Richards did not receive qualifying offers, making them free agents.
