Gerard Gallant named a Jack Adams Finalist
Gerard Gallant has been named a Jack Adams Finalist for top coach in the league this past season.

Gallant is a finalist with Andrew Brunette (Florida) and Darryl Sutter (Calgary). It’s unlikely Gallant will win, given Brunette and the “Joel Quenneville distraction” and Sutter’s Flames being a surprise this season. But being a finalist was relatively expected.
