Ryan Strome is out tonight against Pittsburgh, and is officially day to day. In the interim, Andrew Copp has moved to 2C, with Dryden Hunt taking the 2RW spot.
#NYR lines
Kreider – Zib – Vatrano
Panarin – Copp – Hunt
Laf – Chytil – Goodrow
Motte – Brodzinski – Reaves— Vince Z. Mercogliano (@vzmercogliano) March 29, 2022
Ryan Reaves draws back into the lineup as well, replacing Hunt on the fourth line. Moving Hunt back to the second line makes sense, as Laf-Chytil-Goodrow has been great, so you don’t want to break that line up. The top line has been great as well, thus the tinkering is on the even numbered lines.
Strome is likely expected back soon, given he is with the team on their two day road trip. This is also a first good look at Copp centering Panarin, something we may see next year.
