The Rangers have loaned Vitali Kravtsov to Traktor in the KHL.

This is the best outcome thus far for the Kravtsov/Rangers drama. It ensure Kravtsov gets ice time in front of eyes that might want to trade for him. This is the approach they followed with Lias Andersson before he was dealt at the draft. Expect the same result and possibly the same return.
A small caveat is that Kravtsov is apparently open to returning after the KHL season. I doubt it will happen, and I think there has been too much bad blood between Kravtsov and Drury for this to work. But hey, crazier things have happened.
