The Rangers have added some depth at center, signing (again) Greg McKegg to a one-year contract.

McKegg is on a two-way deal, so expect him to be rotating between both Hartford and the Rangers, with most of his time in the AHL. McKegg was with the Rangers in 2019-2020, playing fourth line minutes in 53 games, putting up 5-4-9.
Surprised the Rangers are revisiting, but they need leadership in Hartford badly.
