Chris Drury continues to make an impact on the Rangers operations, making several changes to the front office staff. Benoit Allaire was promoted to Director of New York Rangers Goaltending, with Jeff Malcolm being promoted to AHL Goaltending Coach. Jean Ian-Filiatrault joined the Rangers as Goaltending Consultant.
The only position here that irks me is Allaire, because quite frankly his title should be Goaltending Wizard.
Ex-Ranger Matt Hunwick joined the Rangers front office in the player development department as well.
