The long awaited debut of Joey Keane came and went with 0:00 in ice time. The Rangers returned the defenseman to Hartford after tonight’s win in Columbus after Keane served as a healthy scratch. He was recalled just in case Marc Staal couldn’t go, and Staal was fine.
Best debut we’ve seen in ages. He did get a big bump in pay for a day, at least.
