The Rangers and Red Wings finish off the second leg of their home-and-home tonight in Detroit. The Rangers took round one, jumping out to a 4-0 lead before Detroit managed a pair of goals in the third period. The Rangers are looking to get two more points against the worst team in the NHL, while the Wings are just looking to save face.
Henrik Lundqvist gets the game tonight, which lines of Alex Georgiev for the start against the Leafs on Monday. The Rangers have been significantly better lately, and went back to their old defense pairings after a little while last night. It worked again, and there’s no real reason to change things up right now. Things are clicking.
