tony deangelo rangers detroit red wings

In case you forgot, the Rangers still play hockey. After 10 days off, the Blueshirts are back in action. Tonight’s game closes out January but kicks off a run of 16 games in 29 days through February. I know the players love the bye week, but damn that’s a lot of hockey.

At least the Rangers get to ease into things against the Red Wings tonight and tomorrow. The Wings are atrocious and they don’t really have anyone to sell at the deadline. If the Blueshirts really want to even consider making a run at the playoffs, they need all four of these points.
