OFFICIAL: #NYR have acquired a third-round pick in the 2021 NHL Draft from the Buffalo Sabres in exchange for Jimmy Vesey.

  2. Anyone have a good stream for TSN or SportsNet’s coverage? Can’t seem to track one down this year…

All signs are pointing toward the NYR landing Artemi Panarin.

    1. Yep – they are now all quacking about it. Looks like it is a done deal. Richter you can come back now 🙂

Let’s hope that we did not, well I was going to say overpay, but that goes without saying.

I would imagine JD did not go for the Isle misdirection play

    2. If this is true, I’m really gonna miss Kreider. But, I see the desire to bring in Panarin to help get the Russian kids going. It will be nice to watch the Rangers in the playoffs again.

  4. Florida really overcompensated for losing out on Panarin with that ghastly deal with Bobrovsky

    1. I think they were going to pay that to Bob all along, with Luongo retiring they needed a #1G badly … personally I think they could have found a cheaper, younger option — probably not quite as good or as sure to be good for the first few years like Bob.
