Per Katie Strang, the Rangers have recalled goalie Jason Missiaen from the Hartford Wolfpack. Missiaen will be the backup to Cam Talbot, who is getting the start in net in Philadelphia. Henrik Lundqvist is out tonight, dealing with a “minor” issue.
