The Rangers have recalled forward Matt Beleskey in advance of their road trip through Florida. Beleskey was just up with the Rangers, playing in one game before being sent back down. In 15 games with the Pack, Beleskey has a line of 3-7-10.
Beleskey’s call up means one of two things. Either one of Mats Zuccarello or Vlad Namestnikov are not ready to go, or he is insurance in case one needs a little extra rest.
The Rangers are back in action on Saturday in Sunrise.
