Enjoyed the podcast. Sounded at times as if there were some connectivity issues when Becky’s voice became garbled. Great discussion of advanced stats including Ranger’s recent improvement in Corsi For and the much anticipated (and dreaded) crash to Earth of their early season PDO balloon. With the improvement in possession, the process has been better, but non-performances like yesterday’s stinker in Ottawa have happened far too frequently this year. OK, maybe yesterday was the result of not skating for two days. Let’s see which team shows up for Buffalo tonight.

I really don’t understand the deployment, or non-deployment of Yandle. We gave up so much and we brought him here for his offense. Didn’t we?

Finally, as a psychotherapist I appreciate the pitch for Bell Let’s Talk! Keep up the great work on the blog and podcasts.

      Thanks for the feedback.

Becky had some internet issues, blame Time Warner. Becky’s big for Bell Let’s Talk, hopefully that helps bring more awareness.

As a retired psychologist I too applaud Becky’s awareness raising plug for Let’s Talk. One doesn’t have to have a major mental illness to profit from a few sessions of psychotherapy. When people asked me what I do I respond that “I heal with words.”
