1 – Can I assume this is similar to the Haggerty signing?
2 – how does this buttress the low esteem held for the future prospect pool of the NYR?

    • Ray says:

This signing is surely to a 2014-15 contract, unlike the Haggerty signing which took effect immediately. The Rangers routinely add 1-4 such people every spring – they need more now with fewer draft picks.

  2. Tim B says:

AHL deal or is it a 2 way NHL deal which takes up one of those 50 contract spots?

  3. Frank Cerbone says:

    Captain at Univ of Vermont
    Center/right wing-all around player.
    6-0, 195 (not really 6-1, 205)

Plus player; doesn’t take a lot of PM.

He has had several injuries-one serious shoulder injury causing him to miss 2011-2012 season.
