Strang: Nash performing “intermittent physical activity”

Per Katie Strang, Rick Nash has been performing “intermittent” physical activity at the Rangers practice facility over the past few weeks. While there is nothing new to report on his status or time table for return, being able to perform some physical activity is a good sign. Concussions are tricky, so expect Nash to be out a while longer.

Rick, don’t rush yourself, we want, and need you, but not at the expense of your health.

Positive news I guess? We seem to be grasping with this bit of news.

He’ll be out for awhile, that we know. Allow him to recover at his pace and only come back when 100%.

I believe the Rangers don’t need Nash to make the playoffs in their division, they’ll need him for a playoff run however.

Hopefully this isn’t something that will linger into springtime.

He’s a special player. Would look so good in this lineup. Kreider-Stepan-Nash. Speed, power and skill!
    Fun to think about.

honestly, I’d rather see him on the second line. Kreider-Step-Zucca have been playing too well together to break up.

Agreed. Plus he’s had a ton of success with Hagelin. I love that duo.

Fun to think about for the time being…

Nash & Kreider power guys….more like big targets.

Columbus was running at Kreider all night long. Even in the Pittsburgh game, Pittesburgh was running Kreider.

I just hope he comes back healthy and can return to form. He just got married last summer and has a long career in the NHL in front of him. He’s a really good guy. I wish him the best.

So all the reports out of Canada were right . So most of the Oilers trade talk must be true

Cant remember a single goal that was that pretty the past couple of years. Unbelievable passing.
