The Rangers took five of six points in their three-in-four over the weekend, but it didn’t feel like they gook five points. Nor did they deserve the five points. Quite honestly, they deserved none. The Rangers look like hot garbage, and perhaps it’s a good thing they are coming home for a bunch of games. Maybe they are able to reset everything.
Reset or not, they will be without Ryan Lindgren again for an 8th straight game. The forwards have been blendered again, and they will likely get blendered in the middle of this one too. That’s just how things are with the Rangers this year. The highs are high, and the lows are low.
As long as they figure it out come mid-April.
