It has not been a fun season for Patrik Nemeth, who is again out for personal reasons. Nemeth missed a ton of time earlier in the season for personal reasons, which was later disclosed as Covid related brain fog. This is apparently not the same personal reason. We wish him the best in what has been a rough season for him.
Filip Chytil also remained sidelined, although he did skate with the team. There is no reason to rush him back, since the Rangers not only clinched a playoff spot, but have the depth to manage.
Barclay Goodrow remains the 3C for now. Justin Braun and Braden Schneider, by far the best third pair option, will remain the third pair.
