The Rangers continue their west coast coast swing tonight in LA, taking on the surprisingly good Kings. Perhaps they are a product of their division, but LA is up there in most possession metrics, offensively and defensively. That said, their bottom two pairs can be exploited.

The Rangers get a boost with Panarin coming back, but take a step back by dressing Nemeth-Tinordi as the third pair. One step forward, two steps back, as per usual. However, the offense should be able to work that bottom four from LA pretty good, assuming the even strength offense figures itself out.

We don’t get to see Lias Andersson play against his former team tonight, which is disappointing. We will get to watch Brendan Lemieux hopefully get run over by Jacob Trouba, though.
