Kalle Vaisanen selected to Finland World Juniors Roster

Kalle Vaisanen has been selected to the Finland World Juniors roster for 2022.

Vaisanen, the Rangers 4th round pick in 2021, has spent his entire 18 year old season in Liiga, which is a big thing for an 18 year old. He has a goal and three assists in 24 games. The numbers aren’t there yet, and he’s a project pick, but all of this points to solid development for Vaisanen.

Vaisanen joins Dylan Garand, Will Cuylle, and Brett Berard at the 2022 World Juniors. Although he is the only one confirmed to his team’s roster right now (the others should make it). He won’t come to North America for some time though, so the best chance you’ll get to watch him is at the World Juniors this year.
