With the Rangers playing solid hockey and camping out near the top of the Metropolitan Division, the spotlight has shifted to the struggling Alex Georgiev. The Blueshirts’ backup was pulled from his most recent start and looks like a goaltender whose confidence has been shaken. Unless Igor Shesterkin can play 64 games in a row (plus the Olympics!), the Rangers are going to need a resolution to the Georgiev situation. Becky, Rob and Dave discuss the merits of waiving Georgiev, or letting him play through his struggles.

Then the gang dives into the trade market, as the Rangers figure to be involved heavily in a search for a middle six winger and defensive depth. Some interesting names came up, including the possibility that the Rangers trade for JT Miller. Could a reunion be in the offing?
