The Rangers are in Boston to close out the season over the next three games. These two games were supposed to have some meaning, but injuries and poor play derailed any playoff hopes. Hockey has been stress free, for the most part, over the last three years. So tonight is no different, at least in my view.

I’m intrigued to see how Tim Gettinger looks tonight. He’s played very well in Hartford, and he has earned this call up. That said, the Rangers are without most of their lineup tonight, so let’s hope this isn’t a blood bath.

At the very least, let’s hope the circus has left town and actual hockey is played.
