The Rangers are getting healthy, finally. Filip Chytil is back in the lineup tonight. Kaapo Kakko is off the COVID list but not in the lineup just yet. Things are looking up, as the Rangers are trending up as well. Tonight they have the Buffalo Sabres, who might just be trade partners this summer with Jack Eichel.

The Rangers need to get their offense going, since their team defense has basically been carrying them. Chytil gives the Rangers much more balance on the third line, and an actual scoring presence at center. He’s a massive upgrade over Brett Howden in that role. Yet tonight could be a trap game against a Buffalo team that is struggling. You never know.
