Skinner is the lone Rangers prospect on this list this year. He has really elevated his stock, going from an unknown and possible questionable pick to a solid prospect. The righty defenseman put up 6-26-32 in the OHL last season, finishing top-ten in scoring with the London Knights.
Zac Jones, the Rangers 3rd rounder from the same year, was on the team last year.
