- Trades: The Rangers made a pair of trades this week, swapping Joey Keane for Julien Gauthier in a surprising yet solid move. The Rangers also acquired goalie JF Berube for the Hartford Wolf Pack’s playoff run, surrendering goalie Tom McCollum and forward Lewis Zerter-Gossage.
- Reviewing what the Rangers got in Gauthier – a solid Kreider-lite who can bring more scoring balance to the middle six forwards.
