The Rangers, who had a strong November, get into the meat of their season now, with a rough stretch coming up. First up is Vegas, a team expected to make the playoffs for the third year in a row. Vegas is good, with good process on the ice to support it.
With Mika Zibanejad back, the Blueshirts are much deeper and seem to be getting some of that secondary and tertiary scoring back. Defensively a nightmare, but offensively they seem to be firing on all cylinders. If they are going to win, they need the offense to outpace the defense.
