Finding the ideal role for Jimmy Vesey has proven tougher than initially thought

The Rangers are playing host to the Florida Panthers this afternoon in a game that should surely feature a lot of back and forth. The Panthers are a high powered offense with 55 goals already, and the Rangers generate a lot of offense, although they aren’t going in the net as often as Florida.

Defensively, both teams are a disaster. The Rangers we know about, but Florida has allowed 53 goals already this season. Most of that is on the disaster that has been Sergei Bobrovsky to start the season, but we all knew that contract was going to be bad from the get-go.
