kaapo kakko jack hughes

The Rangers are finally back in action tonight after playing three games in two weeks to start the season, and they actually play regularly going forward. Tonight they take on the Devils, and the story of this game will be Jack Hughes vs. Kaapo Kakko. We all know the story of how both have started their respective seasons, and we all know the history the Rangers have with this kind of stuff, so let’s not jinx things, ok?

The game at The Pebble will also be the Blueshirts’ first on NBCSN, so we are getting Doc and the Shoe Smacker tonight. Both teams are bad, we know this. The real excitement is watching Hughes vs. Kakko for the first of what should be many times in their respective careers.
