The Rangers have waived Steven Fogarty, one of the few players left in camp that actually requires waivers. This was an expected move, and it is unlikely that Fogarty gets claimed.
The Blueshirts have 31 players left in camp. That number includes Yegor Rykov, who is injured and can’t be sent to Hartford until he is cleared medically.
Update: Danny O’Regan has been sent to Hartford as well. The roster is now at 30 players.
